**To be eligible for Extra Help, you must:
Be enrolled in Medicare Part A and Part B
Live in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.
Have a yearly income of $18, 735 or less (for individuals) or $25, 365 or less (for married couples living together).
**To be eligible for MSP you must have Medicare Part A and be at, or below, the income limits.
MSP/LIS (MEDICARE SAVINGS PROGRAM/LOW-INCOME SUBSIDY)
LIS is a federal program that helps pay for some to most of the out-of-pocket costs of Medicare prescription drug coverage and it's also called EXTRA HELP.

This program provides emergency rental and utility assistance to Louisiana residents who are experiencing housing instability due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

If you live in Caddo, Calcasieu, East Baton Rouge, Jefferson, Lafayette, Orleans or St. Tammany Parish, you must apply directly to the program in your parish.
